| The Moss Haggadah: A Song of David Facsimile Edition
Because the work, created on vellum, contained paper cuts, gold and silver, and many complicated features, we began a research project to find a printer who could reproduce this work in look and feel. In 1986, with the help of Martin Mardersteig of the prestigious press, Stamperia Valdonega, we produced 550 examples of this work, entitled A Song of David.
The haggadah is in two volumes, one volume containing the body of the haggadah and another containing David’s introduction and commentary on the work. This commentary is an extraordinary teaching and study piece on the meaning of Passover. These haggadahs have been acquired by major libraries and private collectors. Due to the overwhelming success of the A Song of David Facsimile Haggadah, Bet Alpha Editions has produced:
