Genesis Twenty-two, The Binding of Isaac: A Story Without Words

“In this bold, colorful, graphic work, I have transformed a complete biblical story into pure images. By assigning a color to each of the 10 elements of the mysterious and haunting story of the binding of Isaac (Genesis 22), I have conveyed virtually every word of this story through pictograms that powerfully encapsulate the emotion, suspense, rhythm, drama, faith, and promise of this story.â€
